Livira Fashion Returns & Refunds Policy
At Livira Fashion, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to assist you with your return needs. Please read through our policy to understand how we handle returns and store credit.
Need to Return an Item?
No worries! If your recent purchase isn’t quite what you had hoped for, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns. Here’s what you should know:
Our Return Policy
Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of their delivery date.
Store Credit Issued: Approved returns will be issued store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase, including selecting different items or sizes.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns to cover inspection, handling, and restocking of merchandise.
Final Sale Items: Items labeled as “Final Sale” or items from designated Final Sale collections are not eligible for return unless a defect is present.
No Refunds for Sizing or Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for items that don’t fit or for changes in preference. Store credit will be issued in these situations. Refunds are only processed if an incorrect item or a faulty product has been shipped.
Condition of Returns: Items must be in their original, unused condition—this means unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (including makeup or deodorant marks). Tags must remain attached, and items must be returned in their original packaging. Shoes should be tried on indoors and returned in their original shoebox.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable, including:
Accessories (with the exception of shoes and heels)
Lingerie
Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed)
Items labeled Final Sale or items from Final Sale collections
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of your order delivery.
U.S. & International Returns: Reach out to us at info@livirafashion.com to request a return and begin the process. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Please do not initiate a return without prior approval from the company. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Include your order number with the returned item. Please note that we do not accept in-person returns or pickups at our warehouse.
Additional Information
Customer Covers Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Store Credit Delivery: Store credit will be sent to you via email and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 21 business days for processing after we receive your return at our warehouse.
Trackable Shipping Recommended: To ensure safe delivery of your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Livira Fashion cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
What to Do If You Receive a Faulty Item
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the product for instructions before sending it back. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions and process a refund to the original payment method if applicable. Please do not ship the item without first speaking with our team.
AfterPay Return Policy
Returns for purchases made with AfterPay follow the same process as other returns. Please note that your payment agreement with AfterPay will remain active, and you should continue making any scheduled payments.
