Livira Fashion offers a simple and transparent return process for our customers. If your purchase isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear without the hygiene seal, accessories, and items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact our support team to begin your return request and receive instructions on how to proceed.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
