If your order exceeds the stated delivery timeframe, we offer a $5 store credit as a courtesy toward your next purchase. Carrier delays are outside of our control, but we are always happy to assist with tracking updates.

Returns, Store Credit & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and approved before being sent back.

Approved returns are issued as store credit.
Refunds are only issued if:

  • The incorrect item was sent, or
  • The item arrived faulty and is approved after review

The following are not eligible due to hygiene and policy reasons:

  • Accessories (excluding shoes)
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
  • Final sale items
  • Sale items (unless purchased at full price using a discount code)

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 21 business days after the return is received for processing.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
